Firas is a change and risk specialist with over 20 years of experience in Financial Services.

Prior to consulting Firas had worked in various market risk roles at Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, and UBS. 

This provided him with a solid foundation in capital markets and an understanding of the business processes and systems required to manage successful risk and control functions.

This expertise was then used in a consulting capacity to help drive large change and regulatory transformation projects at Barclays and HSBC, before moving on to assist smaller fintech entrants in managing projects that help their strategic growth.

Outside of work Firas enjoys overseas travel and mountain biking.  He also has a keen interest in sailing after crossing the Atlantic as part of a racing crew.
