Jake is a senior product leader with experience building and scaling SaaS products across startups, scale-ups, and enterprise environments. He specialises in helping organisations move from service-led or fragmented product models to clear, outcome-driven product strategies that align technology, teams, and commercial objectives.

Jake has led product organisations through periods of rapid growth and transformation, including building product functions from the ground up, scaling teams across multiple geographies, and delivering complex platforms from zero-to-one. His experience spans product strategy, discovery and validation, operating model design, and go-to-market execution, with a particular focus on AI-enabled, data-driven products and Web3.0.

Previously, Jake has held senior product leadership roles including Director of Product at Nomia and Product Lead at Tech Alchemy, a software development agency based in London where he was the first product hire and played a key role in scaling the product team to 15+ while supporting pre-sales, client acquisition, and investor-facing work. Jake also brings a strong technical foundation from his early career as a full-stack developer, enabling him to bridge strategy and execution effectively and work closely with engineering teams.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys going to the gym, playing five-a-side, and being as creative as possible in the kitchen.
