Our client, a High Net Worth Family wanted to assess the viability of setting up a Single Family Office which over time could be scaled to a Multi-Family Office offering a full suite of services to other clients.

Working closely with a key family representative ‘Opus Una’ :


  • Defined the proposition (core and non-core products and services)
  • Defined viable High Level Operating Model options
  • Identified Supplier Selection Criteria and Potential Suppliers
  • Facilitated meetings with prospective product/service providers

Outcome delivered

Within a two week period  the client had a clear view of:


  • A ‘Day 1’ proposition and how that could be evolved in stages
  • What could be managed ‘in-house’ and what would need to be outsourced Low, Medium, High Complexity Operating models and a scale-up approach for each
  • Prioritised Supplier Selection Criteria
